JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Enablement Manager provides sales enablement training to new and existing business partnerships within Asia, including Delivery Partners and Agent Network. He / She shall report to the Head, Partner Direct Recruitment (Asia). He / She is responsible for managing enquiries, training, activity coordination and leading partnership sales enablement activities. This role aims to enhance the effectiveness of partners’ sales and marketing teams by attracting students for Bellerbys Global programs (e.g. IFY, UTP, PMP). This role is pivotal in driving student numbers and business growth through partnerships by equipping partners with the necessary skills, tools, and strategies to promote and attract new students. The role collaborates internally and externally to ensure sales methodologies, training and coaching with partners supports growth strategies. 


ABOUT THE ROLE

Training Program Development:
  • Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs tailored specifically for partnership sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify key areas for partner’s capabilities and skills development and create training materials that cover various aspects of partnership sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with Partner Liaison and Operations (PLO) team to ensure training content is aligned with business goals and product offerings.
Partnership Sales Enablement: 
  • Develop enablement resources, such as playbooks, scripts, and best practices, to empower partner teams in building and managing partnerships. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually enhance training materials and ensure the partner teams are well-prepared.
  • Support the onboarding of new partner team members by providing comprehensive training on sales and product.
  • Work with marketing team to support partners in sales/marketing events, materials, NSE (New Student Enrollment) forecast and conversions
Coaching:
  • Provide ongoing coaching to partner teams to reinforce key concepts, techniques, and best practices learned in training sessions.
  • Offer one-on-one or group coaching to partner’s team members to develop their capabilities and skills to market and sell Bellerbys Global Foundation Program, 2+2 Program, IY1 Program and other Study Group products to students.
Relationship Management and Communication:
  • Build and maintain strong and effective internal and external relationships that promote Study Group’s profile, engage the community, business and other external organisations and agencies, and make the Universities more accessible, informed and responsive.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal working relationships, credibility and inspire confidence in the Leadership Team and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with key global and local internal stakeholders and nurture relationships.
  • Present with credibility, engage varied audiences and test levels of understanding.
  • Translate technical and complex information concisely.
  • Speak and write fluently and persuasively, adjusting style and approach to optimize outcomes, including the production of reports for the five university committees.
Business and Data Insights, and Technology
  •  Measure the effectiveness of training programs through new student enrolments, performance metrics, feedback, and KPIs. Uses data insights to identify trends and monitor performance.
  • Regularly reports on training outcomes, improvements, and areas for further development.
  • Adjust and refine training programs based on performance data and evolving partner team needs.
  • Contributes to the business performance, achieving deliverables, increasing NSE growth, enhancing partners’ capabilties.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Work closely internally within Study Group with the partner liaison and operations, sales and marketing, product, progression and academic teams to ensure core strategies and training initiatives align with the overall partnership goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into training materials for optimal relationship management.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for continuous improvement across operations, systems, processes and methodology.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and enable identify and implement.

ABOUT YOU
  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Post graduate qualification such as Education
  • Certifications or completion of courses Train the Trainer, and sales training methodologies
  •  3+ years of experience in relationship sales, experience in delivering sales training, with at least 2 years focused on partnerships.
  • Experience in the education sector, preferably higher education.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
  • Good understanding of international perspectives on education.
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing frameworks, compliance needs in the partner’s country within Asia. • Alignment with corporate values and principles of #one team.
  • Experience of driving initiatives of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated politically awareness and skilled in navigating complex organisations, with gravitas and interpersonal relationship strengths.
