JOB OVERVIEW

Based in our Singapore Office, this part-time Administrative Assistant position supports the smooth running of day-to-day office operations and employee engagement activities. Reporting to the Office Manager, Student Acquisition, the successful candidate will work on-site three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) and play a vital role in office administration, vendor coordination, and staff event support.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Handle general office admin tasks like ordering supplies and stationery.
  • Help manage vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  •  Track and manage office-related expenses within budget.
  •  Be the main contact person for office service providers.
  •  Ensure purchases are invoiced and paid on time.
  •  Organise meeting room bookings, materials, AV setup, and catering if needed.
  • Assist with office maintenance tasks such as repairs, air-con scheduling, and fire drills. Support health and safety duties, including being a Fire Warden and arranging First Aid/AED training.
  •  Issue and collect office access cards; support setup for new hires.
  • Help plan and run company events like celebrations and staff activities.
  • Handle mail and deliveries.
  •  Take on other admin tasks assigned by your manager.
ABOUT YOU
  • At least A-Level or Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of admin experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with little supervision.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work with different people and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Service-oriented, detail-focused, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable handling last-minute changes and tasks across time zones.
