Global Admissions Executive

JOB OVERVIEW

The Global Admissions Executive is responsible for coordinating and administering student applications across Study Group’s admissions processes. The role ensures that applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with established policies and procedures. A key focus is maintaining exceptional standards of customer service by providing timely and professional support to students, parents, and agents throughout the admissions journey. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Application Review & Processing: Assess and process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with entry requirements, policies, and SLAs.
• Applicant & Agent Support: Act as a key point of contact for agents, responding to queries and providing timely guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Policy & Process Compliance: Stay updated on PAVC, entry requirement, and admissions policy changes, ensuring accurate implementation and adherence to agreed processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and university/centre contacts to resolve application queries and support timely admissions decisions.

ABOUT YOU

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Work experience within an administrative and/or customer service environment.
• Experience of using computerized systems/databases to achieve work goals and tasks. 
• Proven experience within an international education related role, preferably within an International Admissions environment.
• Highly organised; able to prioritise activities and work to tight deadlines.  
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently on a day to day basis. 
• Flexible and adaptable to change. Strong Customer Service ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to interpret and follow complex processes.  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 
• Willingness to work flexible shifts with rotational week-offs as per business needs
