JOB OVERVIEW
The Global Admissions Executive – UK Domestic is responsible for coordinating and managing UK domestic student applications in line with Study Group’s admissions processes, policies, and procedures. The role focuses on ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. It involves providing timely, professional, and effective support to students, parents, and agents throughout the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive applicant experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Application Review & Processing: Assess and process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with entry requirements, policies, and SLAs.
- Applicant & Agent Support: Act as a key point of contact for agents, responding to queries and providing timely guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Policy & Process Compliance: Stay updated on PAVC, entry requirement, and admissions policy changes, ensuring accurate implementation and adherence to agreed processes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and university/centre contacts to resolve application queries and support timely admissions decisions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Work experience within an administrative and/or customer service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in understanding the UK domestic application process, entry and GDPR requirements is preferred
- Experience of using computerised systems/databases to achieve work goals and tasks.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise activities effectively.
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to interpret and follow complex processes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts with rotational week-offs as per business needs.
