ABOUT THE ROLE
 

The Education Recruitment Director is accountable for:

  • Collaborating with their respective Regional Director and Partner Sales Team to develop product focus for their source markets based on segmentation via the agent channel.
  • Gathering and sharing market insights with their respective Regional Director and the Global Director, Recruitment Managers so that Study Group has the right product fit and messaging for our sources markets.
  • Leading a team of employees to manage, develop a targeted portfolio of products alongside channel, ensuring that Study Group has the most up to date, effective Recruitment Managers in market.
  • Allocating appropriate resources within this team to support pipeline optimisation to increase conversion rates close to intake.
ABOUT YOU

Delivery of Sales Targets

  • In conjunction with Regional Directors and Product Marketing, develop and deliver strategies and plans to ensure effective demand generation and pipeline management activities across all source markets.
  • Contribute towards the development of holistic annual agent account plans either to more centres in same destinations or diversify into new destinations
  • Enable at a regional and product level in developing the agent channel as part of an extended Study Group sales team through the delivery of efficient and impactful agent education/events which position Study Group as the go-to provider and supports continued improvements in agent satisfaction.
  • In conjunction with the Global Director Recruitment Managers, ensure the appropriate allocation of sales resources across the portfolio to deliver expected outcomes for each product in the portfolio, flexing resources to meet new priorities/focus areas as required.

Product Enablement

  • Ensure critical product, sales and marketing information is disseminated across the Regional Recruitment Manager team on a timely basis, and that changes are embedded with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure calendar of continuous product refreshers events/training for agent counsellors based on volumes and agent growth plans, maximising attendance at online and face to face events.
  • Provide market insights and product information to a range of internal stakeholders and agents, from source markets to support the future development of current/new products.

Leadership

  • Build a team to deliver on the new hybrid product sales strategy, ensuring that best practice sales processes and behaviours are embedded across the organisation.
  • Ensure an effective communication strategy is embedded to ensure all Recruitment Managers stay up to date with product propositions, entry requirements and any compliance/regulatory requirements for source/destination markets.
  • Align the Regional Recruitment Manager team with the Company mission, vision, values and strategy; clearly articulate the Company business goals/plans and initiatives, ensure they are translated into action through outcome setting, regular cascade/communication and feedback processes.
  • Drive a high performance and sales coaching culture, ensuring a constant focus on the delivery of high quality outcomes.
  • Motivate and energise the Regional Recruitment Manager team through positive reinforcement and by acting as an inspirational role model.
ABOUT YOU
  • Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
  • A good understanding of the international education market and the needs of students in source markets. 
  • Experience of working in an international corporate/matrix environment
  • Experience of working with a CRM and using data/reporting to drive decision making
