ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Digital Content & Growth Manager is responsible for developing and executing a high-impact content strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and business growth across digital channels. This role combines content strategy, creative development, paid media support, SEO/GEO optimization, AI-enabled content, and performance analytics to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Working closely with Growth, Brand, Product Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media, and external agencies, the role ensures content is strategically aligned, optimized for discoverability, and continuously improved based on performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy, Planning & Production
- Develop and execute an integrated cross-channel content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain campaign content plans across digital channels.
- Align content initiatives with demand generation programs and customer journey stages.
- Manage end-to-end content creation, production, editing, and publishing.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Coordinate content delivery to meet campaign timelines.
- Develop creative strategies that support paid acquisition campaigns.
- Create and edit paid advertising assets, including static creatives and video content.
- Brief and collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders on creative development.
- Establish and manage creative testing frameworks (A/B testing).
- Define and execute creative refresh plans to prevent creative fatigue.
- Coordinate creative development across Customer Success, Brand, Social Media, Paid Media teams, and external agencies.
- Monitor creative performance and recommend optimizations.
- Partner with the Organic Growth Manager to develop and execute the GEO, SEO, and AI content roadmap.
- Create and optimize content for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Develop a structured content refresh roadmap to improve search visibility and AI discoverability.
- Identify priority content opportunities based on search demand and business priorities.
- Ensure content remains current, relevant, and optimized for evolving search algorithms and AI experiences.
Content Performance & Optimization
- Analyze content performance across owned and paid channels.
- Monitor engagement, conversion, and attribution metrics.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop recommendations based on analytics and user behavior insights.
- Continuously optimize content to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Share performance insights with stakeholders to support data-driven marketing decisions.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Experience managing integrated content campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating paid advertising creatives for digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and AI search optimization.
- Experience using content analytics and marketing performance tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
