Regional Partner Student Recruitment Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
The Partner Student Recruitment Manager role is focused on overseeing the recruitment of students for Bellerbys TWIN and ERCI. This position involves a global recruitment strategy and execution in collaboration with the Director of Partner Student Recruitment for both products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Global Student Recruitment: Managing recruitment efforts through various agent and feeder channels, with a focus on key diversity markets.
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborating with the Director of Partner Student Recruitment to execute the recruitment strategy for both products.
- Meeting Targets: Responsible for meeting enrolment targets for NSEA and profit goals for each product.
- Data Analysis: Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement.
- Brand Representation: Representing the partners at events and exhibitions in NSEA to build brand awareness.
- Product Leadership: Providing thought leadership and assessing opportunities for the universities’ recruitment products for NSEA.
- Brand Enablement: Delivering product education and training across sales teams, agents, academic partners, and digital networks.
- Objection Handling and Conversion: address and resolve stakeholder’s objections and/or concerns during the recruitment cycle.
- Market Support: Collaborating with local teams and marketing to provide localized materials and ensure proper distribution.
- Coordination of Visits: Organizing partner visits to key NSEA markets with the regional teams.
- Collaboration: Building strong relationships between university recruitment teams and regional account managers/recruitment managers.
- Internal Processes: Driving internal processes to meet recruitment targets.
- Mission Alignment: Ensuring alignment with the company's values and strategy.
- Compliance: Adhering to policies, including health and safety, anti-discrimination, and anti-bribery regulations.
- International Exposure: Preferably, experience of studying or working overseas.
- Education: Tertiary education, ideally from a university.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Experience: 3–5 years in product sales and marketing, ideally with experience in agency and direct distribution models.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
- Sales Strategies: Experience in executing conversion and sales strategies effectively.
- Customer Understanding: Ability to understand customer business drivers and influence their purchasing decisions.
- Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the international student market and its challenges.
- Regional Expertise: Preferred student recruitment experience in NSEA
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer/market needs and sales strategies.
