Enable organizational capability building through Learning & Enablement initiatives for Global Admissions & Student Recruitment based across geographies through effective & efficient use of learning platforms available. Will develop & design, train and measure training effectiveness for all the learning initiatives conducted.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Learning Design & Delivery
- Support in the assessment of training needs of internal stakeholders in Global Admissions & Student Recruitment. Collate training requirements of Global Admissions & Student Recruitment.
- Support in develop & designing learning initiatives as per organizational imperatives.
- Deliver identified workshops/coordinate with relevant internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the identified workshops/training programs
- Ensure compliance to Study Group policies and applicable laws including those in relation, but not limited, to: POSH (Preventions of Sexual Harassment at Workplace), Workplace Health and Safety; Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption and those specifically relevant to the position and authority of the job holder.
- Record & capture relevant MIS reports/formats and share Training Reports with key stakeholders as per agreed frequency.
- Develop Learning Usage Reports & decks for management review
- Identify skill or knowledge gaps and identifying additional training needs to address the same.
- Use training assessments and feedback from Leaders to identify and design further training interventions.
- Observes and assess team members “on-the-job” to identify training gaps and recommend additional support where required.
- Measure training effectiveness through a structured framework using the Kirkpatrick Model.
ABOUT YOU
- Graduate with an MA (Psychology) or MBA preferable
- 7-8 years’ experience as a Trainer having conducted Soft Skills/Behavioural Training & Sales Training workshops independently within the organizations &/or for clients
- At least 2 years’ experience in having developed learning content for training using Instructional Design concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training delivery; must have a dynamic and engaging classroom presence.
- Certified in Instructional Design for Content Development preferable
- Ability to develop learning modules using online learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate etc.
- Preferably certified in MBTI
- Excellent consulting skills, (e.g., critical thinking, proactive problem solving, decision making, and influencing)
- Excellent proficiency on using PowerPoint & Excel
- Shows a strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results, balancing the delivery of multiple priorities often within short timescales.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
