JOB OVERVIEW

The HRMS & People Data Coordinator will support data-intensive and administrative HR projects, with a strong focus on HRMS implementation, data quality, and operational readiness. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate people data, compliant documentation, and smooth delivery of HR administrative initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

HRMS & Data Management

  • Support HRMS implementation and migration activities, including organizing and validating employee records in line with global compliance standards.
  • Assist with data clean-up, audits, and data readiness initiatives to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform basic HRMS tasks and updates as required.

Administrative & HR Shared Services Support

  • Assist with contract reviews, updates, and coordination of e-signatures.
  • ​​​​​​​Provide administrative backfill support across HR Shared Services during peak periods.
  • Act as the primary owner for ad-hoc HR administrative projects and initiatives.

Process Documentation & SOPs

  • Update and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user guides as required.
  • ​​​​​​​Support process standardization and continuous improvement efforts.

Cross-Training & Coverage

  • Trained on ticket handling and basic HRMS workflows.
  • ​​​​​​​Provide backup support for other HR roles (including Role 2) during high-volume or peak periods.
ABOUT YOU
  • 4–6 years of experience in HRMS or HR Technology roles with strong hands-on system configuration exposure.
  • Experience working with HRMS platforms such as BambooHR (preferred) or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, XML/JSON, and basic SSO concepts.
  • Proven experience configuring workflows, permissions, roles, and system logic.
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to bridge technical concepts with HR operations (semi-technical but HR-fluent).
