The Senior Manager, Bellerbys Delivery Partner Management, plays a critical leadership role in driving the performance, quality, and growth of Bellerbys Global’s delivery partners across Asia. This position ensures that delivery partner operations, recruitment activities, and student outcomes are executed to the highest standards, while aligning cross‑functional teams to support delivery partner success. The role requires a commercially sharp, operationally disciplined leader who thrives in a matrix environment and can influence both internal and external stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Delivery Partner Management & Performance Oversight
  • Lead and manage all existing Bellerbys Global delivery partners across Asia with proper account plans, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operations and student recruitment.
  • Monitor partner performance across recruitment, admissions, student support, and program delivery.
  • Conduct regular account planning and review sessions to identify what works, what doesn’t, and where improvements are required.
  • Ensure delivery partners adhere to Bellerbys Global quality, compliance, and operational standards.

Cross‑Functional Alignment & Execution

Follow through on action items discussed and aligned with delivery partners by coordinating with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Admissions, Quality Assurance, Product, and Finance.
Ensure timely execution of initiatives, campaigns, and operational improvements.
Act as the central liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and accelerate outcomes.

Recruitment Growth & Pipeline Management
  • Lead regular pipeline review meetings with delivery partners to ensure inquiry, application, and offer volumes are growing.
  • Support partners with recruitment strategies, market insights, and tactical interventions to strengthen conversion. Work closely with Study Group General Managers and Area Directors to identify new recruitment opportunities by country and match them to suitable delivery partners.

Admissions & Student Journey Excellence
  • Ensure partners maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant admissions process.
  • Oversee the timely issuance of offers and ensure students receive accurate, high‑quality guidance.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the admissions workflow and drive continuous improvement.

Capability Assessment & Future Program Readiness
  • Evaluate delivery partners’ capacity and capability to recruit students internationally across different nationalities, work closely with relevant internal and external teams on assessment and landing.
  • Assess partners’ readiness to deliver new programs and support student progression to overseas and local universities.
  • Recommend capability‑building initiatives or partner adjustments where necessary.

ABOUT YOU

Essential:
  • University bachelor qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, partner management, and / or education management. Proven track record in managing external partners, distributors, or education agents in a regional capacity. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to analyse performance data to drive decisions.
  • Highly organised, strong in follow‑through, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously— similar to a project manager.
  • Available to travel. - Excellent command of English.
Preferred:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. - Experience in international education, student recruitment, or pathway programs.
  • Familiarity with cross‑functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
