With responsibility for shaping insight-led, multiplatform content and championing our global student ambassador programme, this role suits someone who blends strategic vision with hands-on creativity. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where authentic student voices are at the heart of everything we create.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Expand the current student ambassador programme beyond the UK and Ireland as the business grows into new geographical regions
  • Oversee incoming requests and the sourcing, briefing, and direction of contributors - including staff, ambassadors, and alumni - ensuring content collected is aligned with core marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Support the curation and creation of innovative content; test and measure a diverse range of student first content, ensuring all outputs are insight led, high-quality, and aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Frequent travel across UK Centres to build strong relationships with ISC staff, students and alumni, uncovering narratives and incorporating them into the content collection and distribution plans.
  • Supervise the editing and optimisation of captured content to produce impactful, engaging, multi‑format stories.
  • Ensure widespread use of content across multiple channels.
  • Increase visibility of available content.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content toolkit tailored to each stage of the student journey.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to align content production with wider strategic initiatives and audience priorities.
  • Lead coordination of shoots, UGC initiatives and student participation, supporting Centre teams and Content Executives with guidance, expertise and creative direction.

ABOUT YOU
  • Excellent organisational skills, with experience in project support and proven ability to coordinate across teams and deliver initiatives on time.
  • Strong prioritisation and planning skills to manage a high level of in-bound requests and balance quick wins with long-term goals.
  • Experience defining KPIs and success metrics.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling ambassador and alumni programmes (desired).
  • Experience in international education or storytelling.
  • Workshop facilitation or Ambassador onboarding/training experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced and changing commercial environment.
  • Strong written English, great attention to detail and proven proofing skills.
  • Confident relationship builder across Centres and International Study Centre (ISC) teams; able to coach Content Executives and Centre staff.
  • Ability to translate audience insights into a multi‑platform content strategy that drives growth and engagement.
  • Expert at identifying, shaping and elevating student/alumni narratives
  • Line management: ability to mentor colleagues, giving structured feedback, and uplifting creative standards.
  • Creative problem solver who’s comfortable with both hands-on and strategic work.
