At Study Group Digital Learning (SGDL) we deliver our own portfolio of Digital Academic Programmes at International Foundation and Pre-Masters levels. We also support the work of the broader Study Group network by delivering Digital English Programmes and Digital Student Experience Programmes such as Prepare for Success, as well as providing other digital enablement solutions.

This summer, SGDL are delighted to once again be delivering the online pre-arrival programme Prepare for Success (PfS). We are building on the success of previous years and will ensure the programme continues to empower students with the confidence, skills and knowledge they need to succeed from day one of their arrival in our ISCs in the UK and Ireland.

Prepare for Success is a key part of helping ensure a quality learning experience for all our new students. The Course Delivery Administrator is an essential role to ensure we deliver the programme successfully. It is a dynamic and fast-paced administrative role where you will need to be comfortable using different systems and platforms as well as be confident in communicating with different stakeholders including tutors, students, and other Study Group colleagues.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), short-term (6 week) secondment opportunity.  It is the chance to learn new skills, share your own expertise, and have the opportunity to engage with colleagues and students from across the UK and Ireland ISC network. 

The Course Delivery Administrator will need to be available every morning from 07:30 (UK time) Monday – Friday during the secondment. It is a remote working role.   

ABOUT THE ROLE 
  • Administration and coordination of the online live events: contact with speakers, technical trials, opening and managing/moderating enrichment classes, competition administration, editing, reporting of attendance etc.
  • Administration, engagement and moderation of the online forums and live events.
  • Administrative tasks to support the Course Coordinator and Head of Study Group Digital Learning.
  • Communication of key course themes and messaging to different stakeholders by email, Mailchimp or any other agreed communication tools.
  •  Supporting students to successfully engage with the programme e.g., responding to technical queries.
  • Ensure that all stakeholder's queries are addressed in a friendly, professional manner.
  • To support the wider, Prepare for Success project team during the lead-in, main delivery, and review stages of the programme.
  • To assist with the administration of the live events.
  • To help with moderation during live events and of the self-study content.
  • To support with sending student communications, managing student competitions and responding to student queries.  
  • To provide data insights and feedback. 
  • To provide general administration support for the Prepare for Success as required.
