JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales executive to support the conversion process for our higher education programmes. In this role, you will practice your skill in telesales and student support to guide applicants from place offered to arrival at their study centres. The position involves providing detailed information about the programmes, guiding students in confirming their place offered, ensuring all conditions are met for smooth course commencement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Achieve call KPI and sales target.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and advice to students at place offered and confirmed of the enrolment journey, ensuring they are well-informed and confident about their next steps.
  • Maximize conversion rate from offer to arrive by guiding students through their application journey.
  • Stays updated on our courses, the study centres, the country destination and the market that you are responsible of.
  • Ensure all students meet the necessary enrolment conditions and comply with visa regulations and relevant education systems. Work in compliance with the organization’s safeguarding policies and data protection regulations.
ABOUT YOU
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
  • Strong CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent telesales skill, preferably consultative selling
  • Telesales with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Education consultant in North America student recruitment.
  • US F-1 Student Visa application & interview preparation.
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented
  • Positive and highly motivated with a strong drive to excel
  • Proactive and problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and sensitive to cultural and linguistic differences
