JOB OVERVIEW

This front-line sales role within the Global Direct Sales team is focused on recruiting students from North America and Latin America to Study Group’s portfolio of Higher Education programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrolments through proactive outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Manage and respond to student leads within agreed SLA timelines
  • Own the sales pipeline from enquiry to arrival, maintaining detailed forecasting data
  • Promote marketing campaigns and conversion strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets
  • Provide education advisory services to students, parents, and school stakeholders across LATAM and North America
  • Maintain accurate records and manage applications via Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Visa Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth sales processes
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities for business development and marketing to drive student enrolment
  • Meet individual and team KPIs and growth targets
  • Engage in ongoing market research and self-learning to stay informed.
ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in cold calling and direct sales (essential)
  • Background in education sales or marketing (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the international student marketplace
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar systems (essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets (essential)
  • Tertiary education, preferably with international study experience (desirable)
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
